Privacy Policy

What we collect
Nothing. We operate no servers and receive no data from the app. There is no sign-up, no login and no profile.
What stays on your device
The app stores the following locally, in its own private storage:
- Your learning progress, test results and streak
- Words and sentences you mark as favourites
- Your settings: interface language, voice, accent and speech speed
This never leaves your device. Deleting the app deletes all of it. We cannot see it, recover it or transfer it between your devices.
Microphone and speech recognition
Speaking Practice asks for microphone and speech-recognition permission. It is requested only when you first use that screen, and the rest of the app works without it.
When you hold the microphone button, your speech is passed to the speech recognition provided by your operating system - Apple on iOS, Google on Android - which returns text. We receive only that text, we compare it with the sentence on screen to produce a score, and we discard it. No audio is recorded, stored or transmitted by us.
Your operating system's speech recognition may process audio on the device or on its provider's servers, depending on your device, language and settings. That processing is governed by Apple's and Google's privacy policies, not by this one.
Purchases
Where the app offers an optional subscription, the purchase is handled entirely by the App Store or Google Play. We never see or receive your payment details.
Advertising
The app contains no advertising. There is no advertising SDK, no Advertising ID collection and no data shared with any ad network.
Children
The app is suitable for all ages and collects no personal information from anyone, including children.
Your rights
Because we hold no data about you, there is nothing for us to export, correct or delete. You are in full control: uninstalling the app removes everything it stored.
Changes
This policy describes the app as it is today. If its data practices change - for example if user accounts, advertising or a paid subscription are introduced - this policy will be updated here, with a new date above, before those changes take effect. Nothing in this policy is a permanent commitment about which features the app will or will not have.

Qué permanece en tu dispositivo
La aplicación guarda lo siguiente de forma local, en su almacenamiento privado:
- Tu progreso de aprendizaje, resultados de pruebas y racha diaria
- Las palabras y frases que marcas como favoritas
- Tus ajustes: idioma de la interfaz, voz, acento y velocidad del habla
Esto nunca sale de tu dispositivo. Al desinstalar la aplicación se elimina todo. No podemos verlo, recuperarlo ni transferirlo entre tus dispositivos.
Micrófono y reconocimiento de voz
La práctica de pronunciación solicita permiso de micrófono y de reconocimiento de voz. Solo se pide la primera vez que usas esa pantalla, y el resto de la aplicación funciona sin él.
Cuando mantienes pulsado el botón del micrófono, tu voz se envía al reconocimiento de voz de tu sistema operativo - Apple en iOS, Google en Android - que devuelve texto. Solo recibimos ese texto, lo comparamos con la frase en pantalla para generar una puntuación y lo descartamos. No grabamos, almacenamos ni transmitimos ningún audio.
El reconocimiento de voz de tu sistema operativo puede procesar el audio en el dispositivo o en los servidores de su proveedor, según tu dispositivo, idioma y ajustes. Ese procesamiento se rige por las políticas de privacidad de Apple y Google, no por esta.
Compras
Cuando la aplicación ofrece una suscripción opcional, la compra la gestionan íntegramente App Store o Google Play. Nunca vemos ni recibimos tus datos de pago.
Publicidad
La aplicación no contiene publicidad. No hay ningún SDK publicitario, no se recopila el identificador de publicidad y no se comparte ningún dato con redes de anuncios.
Menores
La aplicación es apta para todas las edades y no recopila información personal de nadie, incluidos los menores.
Tus derechos
Como no conservamos ningún dato sobre ti, no hay nada que podamos exportar, corregir o eliminar. Tú tienes el control total: desinstalar la aplicación elimina todo lo que guardó.

ما الذي يبقى على جهازك
يحفظ التطبيق ما يلي محليًا في مساحة تخزينه الخاصة:

لا تغادر هذه البيانات جهازك أبدًا. حذف التطبيق يحذفها جميعًا. لا يمكننا الاطلاع عليها أو استعادتها أو نقلها بين أجهزتك.
الميكروفون والتعرف على الكلام
تطلب شاشة التدرّب على النطق إذن الميكروفون وإذن التعرف على الكلام. يُطلب ذلك فقط عند استخدامك لتلك الشاشة لأول مرة، وبقية التطبيق تعمل دونه.
عند الضغط مطولًا على زر الميكروفون، يُمرَّر صوتك إلى خدمة التعرف على الكلام التي يوفّرها نظام التشغيل — Apple على iOS و Google على Android — التي تُعيد نصًا. نحن نتلقى ذلك النص فقط، ونقارنه بالجملة المعروضة لإنتاج درجة، ثم نتخلص منه. نحن لا نسجّل أي صوت ولا نخزّنه ولا ننقله.
قد تعالج خدمة التعرف على الكلام في نظام التشغيل الصوت على الجهاز أو على خوادم مزوّدها، حسب جهازك ولغتك وإعداداتك. تخضع تلك المعالجة لسياستَي الخصوصية الخاصتين بـ Apple و Google، وليس لهذه السياسة.
المشتريات

1. Acceptance
By downloading or using ALL English ("the App") you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
2. What the App is
ALL English is an English-language learning app. It provides vocabulary, example sentences, audio pronunciation, listening exercises, practice tests and pronunciation scoring. It is an educational aid and makes no guarantee of any particular learning outcome, exam result or level of proficiency.
3. Licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App for your own non-commercial learning. You may not copy, sell, redistribute, decompile or reverse-engineer the App, nor extract or redistribute its learning content as a dataset or competing product.
4. Subscriptions
Some versions of the App offer an optional paid subscription. Where it is offered:
- Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
- The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel it at any time in your store account settings. Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription.
- Where a free trial is offered, it converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled at least 24 hours before it ends.
- Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own policies, not by us.
Prices may change. Any change applies only to future billing periods and will be notified in advance where the store requires it.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use the App unlawfully, attempt to disrupt or circumvent it, or use it in any way that infringes the rights of others.
6. Content and intellectual property
The App, its design and its learning content are owned by us or used under licence, and are protected by copyright. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership to you.
7. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy forms part of these Terms.
8. Disclaimer
The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that its content is free of inaccuracies.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the App. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms. The current version is always published at this address, with the date above. Continued use after a change means you accept it.

2. Qué es la Aplicación
ALL English es una aplicación para aprender inglés. Ofrece vocabulario, frases de ejemplo, pronunciación en audio, ejercicios de comprensión auditiva, pruebas de práctica y puntuación de pronunciación. Es una ayuda educativa y no garantiza ningún resultado de aprendizaje, resultado de examen ni nivel de competencia concreto.
3. Licencia
Te concedemos una licencia personal, no exclusiva, intransferible y revocable para usar la Aplicación con fines de aprendizaje no comerciales. No puedes copiar, vender, redistribuir, descompilar ni aplicar ingeniería inversa a la Aplicación, ni extraer o redistribuir su contenido educativo como conjunto de datos o producto competidor.
4. Suscripciones
Algunas versiones de la Aplicación ofrecen una suscripción de pago opcional. Cuando se ofrece:
- El cargo se realiza en tu cuenta de App Store o Google Play al confirmar la compra.
- La suscripción se renueva automáticamente salvo que se cancele al menos 24 horas antes del final del periodo en curso.
- Puedes gestionarla o cancelarla en cualquier momento en los ajustes de tu cuenta de la tienda. Desinstalar la Aplicación no cancela la suscripción.
- Cuando se ofrece una prueba gratuita, esta se convierte en suscripción de pago salvo que se cancele al menos 24 horas antes de que termine.
- Los reembolsos los gestionan Apple o Google según sus propias políticas, no nosotros.
Los precios pueden cambiar. Cualquier cambio se aplica solo a periodos de facturación futuros y se notificará por adelantado cuando la tienda lo exija.

No uses la Aplicación de forma ilícita, no intentes interrumpirla o eludirla, ni la uses de ninguna manera que infrinja los derechos de terceros.

La Aplicación, su diseño y su contenido educativo son de nuestra propiedad o se usan bajo licencia, y están protegidos por derechos de autor. Nada en estos Términos te transfiere ninguna titularidad.

Nuestra Política de Privacidad forma parte de estos Términos.
8. Exención de garantías
La Aplicación se ofrece "tal cual" y "según disponibilidad", sin garantías de ningún tipo, en la máxima medida permitida por la ley. No garantizamos que funcione sin interrupciones ni errores, ni que su contenido esté libre de inexactitudes.
9. Limitación de responsabilidad
En la máxima medida permitida por la ley, no somos responsables de ningún daño indirecto, incidental o consecuente derivado del uso de la Aplicación. Nada en estos Términos limita la responsabilidad que no pueda limitarse legalmente.
10. Cambios
Podemos actualizar estos Términos. La versión vigente se publica siempre en esta dirección, con la fecha indicada arriba. El uso continuado tras un cambio implica su aceptación.

1. القبول

2. ما هو التطبيق
ALL English تطبيق لتعلّم اللغة الإنجليزية. يوفّر مفردات وجملًا توضيحية ونطقًا صوتيًا وتمارين استماع واختبارات تدريبية وتقييمًا للنطق. وهو وسيلة تعليمية مساعدة ولا يضمن أي نتيجة تعلّم أو نتيجة اختبار أو مستوى إتقان معيّن.
3. الترخيص
نمنحك ترخيصًا شخصيًا غير حصري وغير قابل للنقل وقابلًا للإلغاء لاستخدام التطبيق لأغراض تعلّمك الشخصي غير التجاري. لا يجوز لك نسخ التطبيق أو بيعه أو إعادة توزيعه أو فك ترجمته أو هندسته عكسيًا، ولا استخراج محتواه التعليمي أو إعادة توزيعه كمجموعة بيانات أو كمنتج منافس.
4. الاشتراكات
توفّر بعض إصدارات التطبيق اشتراكًا مدفوعًا اختياريًا. عند توفّره:
- يُخصم المبلغ من حسابك في App Store أو Google Play عند تأكيد الشراء.
- يتجدد الاشتراك تلقائيًا ما لم يتم إلغاؤه قبل 24 ساعة على الأقل من نهاية الفترة الحالية.
- يمكنك إدارته أو إلغاؤه في أي وقت من إعدادات حسابك في المتجر. حذف التطبيق لا يُلغي الاشتراك.
- عند توفّر فترة تجريبية مجانية، فإنها تتحول إلى اشتراك مدفوع ما لم يتم إلغاؤها قبل 24 ساعة على الأقل من انتهائها.
- تتولى Apple أو Google معالجة عمليات الاسترداد وفق سياساتهما، وليس نحن.
قد تتغير الأسعار. ويسري أي تغيير على فترات الفوترة المستقبلية فقط، مع إشعار مسبق حيثما يشترط المتجر ذلك.
5. الاستخدام المقبول
لا تستخدم التطبيق بصورة غير قانونية، ولا تحاول تعطيله أو الالتفاف عليه، ولا تستخدمه بأي شكل ينتهك حقوق الآخرين.
6. المحتوى والملكية الفكرية
التطبيق وتصميمه ومحتواه التعليمي مملوكة لنا أو مستخدمة بترخيص، ومحمية بحقوق النشر. ولا ينقل أي بند من هذه الشروط أي ملكية إليك.
7. الخصوصية
تُعد سياسة الخصوصية جزءًا من هذه الشروط.
8. إخلاء المسؤولية
يُقدَّم التطبيق "كما هو" و"حسب توفّره"، دون أي ضمانات من أي نوع، إلى أقصى حد يسمح به القانون. ولا نضمن أن يعمل دون انقطاع أو دون أخطاء، ولا أن يكون محتواه خاليًا من عدم الدقة.
9. حدود المسؤولية
إلى أقصى حد يسمح به القانون، لا نتحمل المسؤولية عن أي خسارة غير مباشرة أو عرضية أو تبعية تنشأ عن استخدامك للتطبيق. ولا يحدّ أي بند من هذه الشروط من المسؤولية التي لا يمكن تحديدها قانونًا.
10. التغييرات
قد نقوم بتحديث هذه الشروط. ويُنشر الإصدار الحالي دائمًا على هذا العنوان مع التاريخ المذكور أعلاه. ويعني استمرارك في الاستخدام بعد أي تغيير قبولك له.
