Eyeball It! ("the Game", "we", "us") is a minimalist visual estimation puzzle game playable in your web browser. This page explains what information is and is not collected when you play, and the terms under which the Game is provided.

Information we collect ourselves
None. The Game has no user accounts, no login, and no sign-up. We do not ask for, collect, or transmit your name, email address, location, or any other personal information to our servers. The Game does not include any first-party analytics or tracking.
Data stored on your own device
To remember your progress, the Game saves a small amount of data locally in your browser (using local storage) — for example your current level, best streak, best accuracy, and your chosen theme, language, and volume settings. This data stays on your device, is never sent to us, and can be cleared at any time by clearing your browser's site data for this website.
Advertising (Google AdSense)
This site is supported by advertising served through Google AdSense. To provide and measure ads, Google and its partners may use cookies, device identifiers, and similar technologies, and may collect information such as your IP address, browser and device information, and interactions with ads. This information may be used to show you personalized (interest-based) or non-personalized ads.

By accessing or playing Eyeball It!, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and to the Privacy Policy above. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.
2. Licence to play
You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to play the Game for your own non-commercial entertainment. All content, artwork, code, and trademarks in the Game remain the property of their respective owners.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse-engineer the Game except as permitted by law;
- interfere with or disrupt the Game, its advertising, or the servers hosting it;
- use the Game for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
4. No warranty
The Game is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability. Your scores and estimates are for entertainment only.
5. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the Game.
6. Third-party services
The Game displays advertising provided by Google AdSense and may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, products, or practices of those third parties.
7. Changes to the Game and Terms
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Game (in whole or in part) and may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
